The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, but maintenance issues like dusty areas and non-functional towel heaters were a downside. The service was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The location, while convenient for a trip close to Cern's LHC and the Geneva airport, had its disappointments like noisy fridge vibrations and other minor inconveniences. The dining experience could be improved for the price charged.
